Why are Lebanese Stupid?

Lebanese were stupid before the civil war (1975), during the civil war, at the end of the civil war, now, and will continue to be stupid as long as they think of themselves as Muslims, Christians, or Druze first. Of course, allowing regional and international powers to manipulate them is (say) not SMART!!! You are welcome to add more reasons...
